Two objective polls commissioned by documentary filmmaker John Ziegler of howobamagotelected.com shows clearly that people who voted for John McCain in the 2008 presidential election and watched Fox News were smarter and more informed than people who voted for Barack Obama and watched other news outlets.
For example, nearly twice as many McCain voters as Obama voters, 35% to 18%, got 10 of 13 news questions correct. Also, those who voted for McCain knew 56% to 43% that Obama’s Democrat Party controls the United States Congress, compared to only 43% to 41% for Obama voters.
Also, many more of those voters exposed to the Fox News Channel and talk radio (64%) got the Congress question correct compared to CNN (48%), netork news (48%), MSNBC (...
Another medical study has shown that a homosexual lifestyle is unhealthy.
The Massachusetts Department of Public Health has released a report on Nov. 21, 2008 showing that people engaged in homosexuality are more unhealthy than heterosexuals, both physically and mentally, including subject to depression, obesity, illegal drug use, physical disability, sexual assault, asthma, smoking, binge drinking, and heart disease.
Instead of deciding to discourage homosexual behavior, as God teaches us in His Holy Word, the Bible, the department’s report proposes more government-run programs for homosexuals and bisexuals, to help them overcome these “disparities.”

The David C. Cook Landmark Study has some surprising stats gleaned from children’s leaders in Grades 3-5 and from their teachers.
First of all, most of the children are biblically illiterate.
According to teachers, only 7% of elementary school children deserve an “A” in Bible knowledge, while 47% would get a “B,” 38% deserve a “C,” 7% deserve a “D,” and 1% deserve an “F.”
Secondly, 56% of the children’s leaders cited peer pressure as their top challenge, followed by their need to develop friends (45%) and dealing with their own self-image (35%). Children also fear failure and not achieving what their teachers and parents expect.
Finally, the study also reports that most children do not live in a traditional household...
Vacation Bible Schools are still going strong in America.
In 2007, three out of four U.S. churches, or 75%, held a Vacation Bible School, according to the David C. Cook Landmark Study.
Fewer than 8% of churches experienced any decline in VBS attendance, while 42% of all programs reported growth. Estimating 60 children at an average-sized VBS, 13.3 million enjoyed 3.3 million hours a week, or 380 years of Bible training in VBS last summer.
As in the past, children who come to VBS are energetic, demanding, loving, self-centered, and open.
But, contemporary society has also made them different. Now they need constant noise, activity and movement. Their social milestones are being pushed younger and younger. Children may bring their appointment...
Dr. Justin Barrett at the University of Oxford’s Centre for Anthropology and Mind has concluded that faith in God is something that young people inherently have. Children believe in a supreme being because they assume life was designed and created with a purpose.
“The preponderance of scientific evidence for the past 10 years or so,” Dr. Barrett told BBC Radio 4’s Today program, “has shown that a lot more seems to be built into the natural development of children’s minds than we once thought, including a predisposition to see the natural world as designed and purposeful and that some kind of intelligent being is behind that purpose.”
As Brooks Alexander, the founder of the Spiritual Counterfeits Project notes, “The ability a...
YouTube, the popular video sharing site, is cracking down on “sexually suggestive” videos.
The site, which already bans pornography, says it will be enforcing a “stricter standard for mature content” by restricting access to what it considers “sexually suggestive videos. Videos containing sexually suggestive content and profanity also will no longer be featured on the website’s “Most Viewed” or “Top Favorites” lists of videos.
An age restriction of 18 or older will be enforced on such videos.
YouTube also said it is enforcing rules against people who label their videos “sexy” or other similar titles to increase their video hits.
In fact, it will terminate the accounts of repeat violators of the new rules.

A survey of more than 1,000 anti-discrimination laws in the 50 states by the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty has found that the approval of same-sex marriage threatens the Christian church’s liberty to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to condemn the wickedness of homosexuality and pedophilia.
In fact, the Becket Fund found that people, both Christians and non-Christians, who conscientiously object to same-sex marriage, homosexuality, cross dressing, and even homosexual pedophilia or pederasty might be sued under many laws.
The Becket Fund also found that the religious exemptions in many anti-discrimination laws are very narrow.
“In the meantime,” notes Brian Gardner of The Opinion Times, “a movement designed to intimidate tho...
Though it has plenty of action in it, “The Dark Knight” is less of a summer action blockbuster movie than a realistic crime drama. The movie is getting praise in the press for its complex themes regarding crime and violence. Most critics are mentioning the movie’s subtle treatment of issues like law and order and good versus evil, with at least a couple critics mentioning “The Dark Knight’s” allusions to the issue of Western Civilization’s battle against terrorism.
Few critics, however, have said much about what the movie’s actual viewpoint on these topics is. Director Christopher Nolan says in the production notes to “The Dark Knight” that the movie’s “underlying theme” is whether legal authorities, in fighting e...
New Jersey’s oxymoronic Civil Rights Division has forced the online dating service eHarmony to provide a website for homosexual hookups because of a complaint resident Eric McKinley.
This kind of homosexual fascism reflects an anti-Christian bigotry in government that mocks God and His Word, the Bible. That is why big government (as brought to us by a host of other power-mad politicians) is inherently hostile to the Christian religion and the Name of Jesus Christ.
Today’s citizen seems more concerned about his or her narcissistic feelings than they are about truth, duty and God’s righteousness.
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? ... I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
