Anti-Christian Lady Gaga Video Creates Controversy

In her latest music video, the always outrageous and ceaselessly eccentric Lady Gaga takes a page from Madonna’s book of blasphemy and delivers a decadent display of wanton and overt sacrilege, all in the name of “celebration.”

In the eight-minute video, the salacious singer dons a red latex nun outfit, swallows rosary beads, dances in the midst of homoerotic military men while wearing a brassiere that doubles as a machine gun, and engages in pornographic pseudo lovemaking with a cross looming in the background.

Gaga describes the video as “a celebration of my love and appreciation for the gay community, my admiration of their bravery, their love for one another and their courage in their relationships.”

Bill Donahue, president of the Catholic League, stated that Gaga “has now become the new poster girl for American decadence and Catholic bashing, sans the looks and talent of [Madonna].”

When speaking of her fans, whom she calls “little monsters,” Lady Gaga has said, “I look out into the audience and I hear them singing my music and supporting me and I want to do everything I can to protect them because some of them are really troubled and insecure.”

With videos and music promoting a blatant anti-Christian worldview and anti-family values, it seems the “Fame Monster” herself is from whom we need protecting.
