Next, they will participate in Dr. Ted Baehr's internationally acclaimed course: How to Succeed in Hollywood Without Losing Your Soul, where they will learn about successful screenwriting and the business of making profitable films. Shortly after, fellows will start externships—whether on set, in a studio, or at an office—to gain hands-on experience working on real-world projects. In the final phase, fellows will reflect on their experience and engage in vocational exploration with mentorship support as they transition to their next step. Throughout the fellowship, fellows may receive opportunities to go on tours and attend events, such as red carpet premieres, networking parties, or press junkets, among other exciting opportunities.

Who We Are

We've consulted hundreds of projects and mentored countless people who have gone on to make powerful, God-honoring content.

One of our mentees signed a multi-year deal with Ron Howard and another saw his project spend over three months on Netflix's most watched list.

With over four decades of relationships in Hollywood, we provide fellows unique access to insider information on the industry.

Our rich network also positions us to help fellows build strategic career relationships that will enhance their impact upon graduation.

Our founder, Dr. Ted Baehr, is particularly gifted in mentorship and training. He has authored 37 books and has headed film divisions at two prestigious universities. He has consulted on countless projects for all the major studios.
