THE CHOSEN Confirms Season 2 Premiere Date

After you watch Movieguide®’s Movies That Inspire on The REELZ Channel at 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday, you can tune into THE CHOSEN.

Dallas Jenkins confirmed in a live stream on March 16 that Season 2 Episode one of the popular series will drop on April 4 at 8 p.m. ET.

“It’s official! Season 2 Episode 1 will officially be out 4/4 at 8pm ET. Spread the word. #telleveryone,” according to a comment posted during the live stream.

“All I can concentrate on right now is Season 2, getting that out to you as soon as possible,” Jenkins said. “We have an entire team at our partners at [Vid]Angel studios. We have an entire team with my partners and fellow employees of
THE CHOSEN working feverishly to market Season 2. I’m working on the trailer to make sure that that’s ready for launch in a couple weeks. We’re all doing everything we possibly can [to get the episodes ready.”

THE CHOSEN Season 1 nabbed Jonathan Roumie a Grace Prize® for Most Inspiring Television Performance for his portrayal of Jesus.
