The first totally computer animated movie is TOY STORY. It answers the question "What happens to my toys when I leave the room?" in a wonderful, moral, fantastic way. In the movie, Woody is a cowboy doll, voiced by Tom Hanks, who envies the new favorite toy in town, Buzz Lightyear, space ranger, voiced by Tim Allen. When their fighting gets Woody and Buzz left behind at a gas station, they have to start working together to get home. TOY STORY is funny, clean, wholesome, and virtuous -- a classic beginning to a new genre and a masterpiece which is sure to capture the imaginations of young and old alike.

FATHER OF THE BRIDE PART II is a funny, entertaining, positive portrait of a traditional family produced with exquisite love and compassion. When Annie, the now-married daughter of George Banks, announces she is pregnant, George comically tries to turn back the aging process and ends up with his wife Nina expecting another baby herself which delights his wife but scares him. Every element of FATHER OF THE BRIDE PART II has been crafted to perfection. It lifts up the family and the father in a positive, entertaining way that has never been done in film before.

FIRST KNIGHT

Written by William Nicholson, the same man who penned SHADOWLANDS, FIRST KNIGHT presents a biblical and noble spin on the age old tale of King Arthur, Lady Guinevere, Lancelot, and the knights of the round table. Tasteful direction of war, no nudity nor profane language, and a biblical and moral treatment of issues of war, love and forgiveness make this film a must see for those who want their values affirmed and for those who yet need to learn some values.

BABE

BABE is a winsome pig who has a knack for rounding up sheep. Using clever computer animation, the animals in Babe's world speak English to one another and sort out a most unusual occurrence. Babe, being a naive little pig doesn't realize there is a pecking order in the barn yard, and so he has to patch up dissention among the jealous sheepdogs. BABE has many moments of purity and pleasure that will virtually compel its viewers to love their neighbors.

A LITTLE PRINCESS

Featuring Liesel Matthews, Liam Cunningham and Elanor Bron, A LITTLE PRINCESS is the heartwarming and delightfully funny story of a precious, precocious little girl seemingly orphaned by her father's war-time death. All ends well in this well-crafted adventure movie which could well become a family classic.

PERSUASION

If you liked A ROOM WITH A VIEW, you will enjoy this film adaptation of Jane Austin's, novel PERSUASION. Here, Anne Elliot looses and regains the love of a poor, but honorable naval officer. Beautifully acted and wonderfully told, PERSUASION demonstrates moral rectitude in its treatment of family, Christianity and marriage.

SENSE AND SENSIBILITY

After two hundred years, Jane Austen has become one of the popular screenwriters in Hollywood. Her latest adaptation, SENSE AND SENSIBILITY, showcases the Dashwood women as they are driven out of their home and seek true love. Though flamboyantly acted, it shows marvelous restraint, respects the church and faith and elevates good sense over the vagaries of unrestrained passion.

TWO BITS

TWO BITS is a charming, warm movie that highlights the relationship between an Italian grandfather and his grandson in south Philadelphia in the 1930s. Containing some obscenities and a little twisted theology, it is primarily a character study demonstrating strong family bonds, church attendance, forgiveness, and never giving up on one's dreams.

TALL TALE

TALL TALE, Disney's clever fantasy set at the turn of the century, recounts the heroics of a boy so determined to save his family farm and the way of life on the frontier that he conjures up three Old West legends to come to his aid. Affirming absolutes, redemption, love, and friendship, it is an emotive and thoughtful delight that will entertain both children and adults.

BALTO

With animated vigor, BALTO is the ultimate dog story. An unwanted, ill-treated dog turns out to be the town hero when he succeeds where others fail. The movie includes some dog fights and narrow escapes as dogs fall off cliffs and face other harrowing dangers, but BALTO is a feel-good family movie about heroes coming in different shapes and sizes.
