
Serial entrepreneur and media executive Robby Baehr has transformed Movieguide® into a cultural powerhouse, growing its reach to 69 million families worldwide during his tenure as Chief Executive Officer. Under his visionary leadership, Movieguide® has achieved unprecedented success: he developed a top 50 iPhone app, established the website as the premier faith and family destination and market leader, and expanded the radio program from under one million to over 24 million monthly listeners.
As executive producer of the internationally broadcast Movieguide® Awards, Robby earned the National Religious Broadcasters’ award for Best Produced Show, cementing the program’s status as a premier industry event. A member of the prestigious Producers Guild of America, he also serves on the board of the National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) as Chairman of the Film Committee, where he shapes industry standards and practices.
An award-winning producer and sought-after industry strategist, Robby serves as a senior partner for Worth Awareness Marketing and provides strategic film consultation to major studios including Disney, Warner Brothers, Paramount, and Sony. His expertise stems from his tenure at Motive Marketing on blockbuster campaigns for “The Passion of the Christ” and “Chronicles of Narnia,” and his work with Disney National Promotions Group on major releases including “Pirates of the Caribbean.”
A proven entrepreneur, Robby founded and successfully sold a social network in 2009, and currently serves as a venture advisor to a top-tier venture capital firm and strategic advisor to a cutting-edge AI startup. His business acumen extends to the arts, having served on the board of the Los Angeles Philharmonic CODA.
