ALL CREATURES GREAT & SMALL ha sido renovada para una sexta temporada, y el elenco no puede esperar a que vean su arduo trabajo cobrar vida en la pantalla.

Although my tweets are rarer now, Concerning horse and sheep and cow, I’ll do my best and try to post, Some stuff to keep you all engrossed,” Samuel West, quien interpreta a Siegfried Farnon, publicó en X a principios de este año.

Sus actualizaciones de X sobre el programa han sido inexistentes desde entonces, hasta la semana pasada.

ALL CREATURES GREAT & SMALL sigue a “James Herriot, recién salido de Glasgow Veterinary College, [mientras] persigue su sueño de convertirse en veterinario en los Yorkshire Dales. Descubre que tratar a los animales es tanto como tratar a sus dueños, y los granjeros de Dales son difíciles de complacer.”

El programa está basado en los libros de James Alfred Wight, quien usó el seudónimo James Herriot. PBS renovó ALL CREATURES para las Temporadas 5 y 6 en 2024.

“I really hope there’s some fun to be had for James and Helen, they’ve had such a stressful time of late and I hope now that James is home that they can enjoy family time and make space for a bit of fun,” la actriz Rachel Shenton, quien interpreta a Helen Harriot, dijo sobre lo que espera ver en la Temporada 6. “They’re both good at that.”

Nicholas Ralph (James Harriot) dijo que espera que su personaje “crezca personalmente y profesionalmente.” Añadió, “my hope for him is to continue that building of the foundations on which to raise his family.” También insinuó que James y Helen podrían tener más hijos en el futuro.

West, por otro lado, espera que su personaje encuentre el amor. “I think he deserves it, and you’d see things coming out of him that you won’t see otherwise,” dijo.

Callum Woodhouse (Tristan Farnon) dijo que quiere “Tristan to carry on exactly how he is — holding on to his spirit and his energy, but carrying on at times, pulling his socks up and getting his head down and focusing when something needs to be done.”

La Temporada 5 se estrenó en EE. UU. a principios de este año, pero aún no se ha anunciado una fecha de lanzamiento para la Temporada 6.
