Actor and Teddy Bear Award® winner Pierce Brosnan and his wife still have eyes full of hearts after more than three decades together.
“Keely and I, it’ll be 31 years here soon, and it’s all gone by in the blink of an eye. The speed of a flame,” he told Fox News Digital earlier this month. “We like each other and we have wonderful sons and we have a creative life.”
The couple celebrated their 31st anniversary on April 8.
“It’s always about solving problems and how you solve the problems and how you can deal with them and the strains of life,” Brosnan told Fox. “But she still makes my heart sing and she still makes my world turn. She allows me to go out into the world and create what I do as an actor.”
“And that takes a strength and a stamina and yeah, we just enjoy each other’s company,” he said.
On their anniversary, Keely shared photos from their first red carpet-event as a couple.
“April 26,1995–Our first red carpet appearance in London. Still stepping out 31 years later. ✨ Happy Anniversary my love! 4-8-94 was my lucky day,” she said.
The couple also celebrate their anniversary on their wedding date, Aug. 4.
Last year, Keely shared photos of their wedding day, saying, “August 4th, 2001, Ashford Castle, County Mayo, Ireland. ✨ ‘You are the finest, loveliest, tenderest person I have ever known.’ FSF ✨ Happy Anniversary my love @piercebrosnanofficial ✨”
“Here’s to the next 23 years together. May they continue to be creative, adventurous, loving, inspiring, and joyful,” she continued. ✨ Time flies on love’s wings.”

In 2023, Brosnan said, “We like each other a lot. We love each other a lot. Watching someone grow up with you and grow old with you is a very spiritual journey. To watch each other change…whatever it may be, the hair, the waist. But it’s the love in the heart.”
Recently, Keely was criticized for her appearance, and Brosnan jumped to her defense.
“Friends offered her surgery to reduce her weight. But I strongly love every curve of her body,” Brosnan said. “She is the most beautiful woman in my eyes. And also because she had our five children.”
The JAMES BOND actor continued, “In the past, I truly loved her for her person, not only for her beauty and now I’m loving her even more that she is my childrens’ mother. And I am very proud of her, and I always seek to be worthy of her love.”
In a culture where people — especially celebrities — often have failed marriages, it’s uplifting to see Brosnan and his wife’s devotion to each other.
