Recent comments, reported Dec. 8 by the ASSIST News Service, from some government leaders in Great Britain celebrating the role that Christianity played in securing people’s rights and freedoms in that nation shows, once again, that Christianity has had an extremely important positive effect on the world.
Christian leaders in Great Britain, the United States, Continental Europe, Asia, India, Africa, South America, and Australia not only have led the way in securing our political, religious and economic rights and freedoms, but also have led the way in providing charity to the poor and needy, including healthcare.
This shows that we don’t need government programs to make the world a better place. All we need is a bigger commitment to faith in Jesus Christ and His Gospel. Individuals are saved by the Grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. So is society. And, so is the Mass Media of Entertainment!
Let us spread this Good News throughout the world so we can make the world a better place for future generations, our children and grandchildren.
