A SNOWY CHRISTMAS is a holiday romance on UPtv about a lawyer named Kelly, who returns to her family’s lodge, where she’s reunited with her mother and her sister. Kelly’s sister and her husband moved into the cottage to help their mother, but business has dwindled since the summer months.
Kelly’s father passed away last year, and Kelly thinks it would be best for her mother to sell the lodge and move forward with her life. However, her sister and mother convince her to try to save the cottage before selling it.
Kelly discusses the current dating scene, and how she can’t find her ideal man. The two sisters reminisce about their father and their childhoods while building a snowman. Kelly tells her sister what her perfect man would be, and the two end the first day in high spirits.
As the family wonders what to do about the lodge, a contractor named Forrest comes to the house. While they appreciate his willingness to help, no one knows where Forrest came from or how he heard about their predicament.
Kelly and Forrest discuss what needs to be fixed in the house and the importance of the land and the lodge. Kelly tells Forrest her father built the entire cottage. As Forrest’s appreciation for the lodge and the family grows, so does his love for Kelly.
