Overview:
The great director Billy Wilder (STALAG 17, DOUBLE INDEMNITY, and SUNSET BOULEVARD) borrows a page from Howard Hawks and directs James Cagney in a whirlwind of comic dialogue. Even better, perhaps, ONE TWO THREE is a comical sendup of the Cold War that exposes the silliness of Communism in a frenetic, comical way. ONE TWO THREE is an excellent satire for mature audiences. Don’t miss the final shot – it’s absolutely hilarious!
