Actor Shares Relatable Moment That Teaches Profound Faith Lesson

MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE star Frankie Muniz went from praising God to being pulled over, but he learned an important lesson.

The actor shared a video from several years ago of him worshipping along to “Build My Life” by Pat Barrett while driving. A “matter of minutes” later, the video shows him pulled over with flashing lights behind him.

“Hilarious contrast of feeling good praising God, to being pissed off in the matter of minutes,” he captioned the video. “All part of his plan so you have to trust the good and the bad. I was going through old photos and videos on my phone and I found these from 5 years ago.”

At the moment, Muniz didn’t think it was funny, but looking back on it, the now-race car driver discovered a valuable lesson, which his fans were thankful he shared.

“This makes me so happy! Grew up watching Malcolm in the middle and seeing you worship Jesus makes me even happier. God bless!” one follower wrote.

Another fan said, “Okay I started crying cuz this is one of my fave praise songs and I loved you as a kid (still do) and this blew my mind. I had no idea you were a Christian.”

“Keep living and sharing Jesus. This is so sweet to see,” another said.

Disney recently announced that it would revive MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE, and Muniz couldn’t be more excited.

“OH MY GOSH! I’m so excited to announce that after 18 years, MALCOLM IN THE MIDDLE is returning with new episodes on @disneyplus,” he wrote on Instagram along with a video of co-stars Bryan Cranston and Jane Kaczmarek yelling “Malcolm!” just like in the original series. “Get ready, we can’t wait for everyone to see what Malcolm and his family have been up to! #MalcolmInTheMiddle”

The reboot will consist of four episodes and will include “original cast members Frankie Muniz, Bryan Cranston and Jane Kaczmarek on board to reprise their roles as Malcolm and his parents Hal and Lois, respectively,” Deadline reported.
