Gracie Hunt, daughter of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, recently plugged the idea of an alternative, family-friendly Super Bowl halftime show that celebrates what America is really all about.

“I really respect Erika for all that she’s done, especially with creating a halftime show for America,” Hunt said on Fox News’ THE WILL CAIN SHOW, discussing Erika Kirk, Charlie Kirk’s widow and Turning Point USA’s new CEO. “You know, children are young, they’re impressionable. Young women, young men and everyone, they just need someone to look up to.”

“As someone who doesn’t yet have young children of my own, I can’t imagine how difficult that is to navigate. But I think she’s done an incredible job leading Turning Point, leading young women and really leading an alternative for young Americans. Football’s becoming the world’s sport, but, at its heart, it’s America’s sport built around family,” Hunt continued.

Last month, following the NFL’s announcement that Bad Bunny would headline the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show, TPUSA announced that they would host an alternative. The All-American Halftime Show will celebrate “Faith, Family, and Freedom.” No official artists, locations or broadcast channels have been announced yet.

Hunt praised their decision.

“When my grandfather named the Super Bowl, he intended it to be something children and families of all ages could come together and watch and really believed that the game should come first, that football is the attraction and that it didn’t need to compromise its character or rely on cheap appeal to draw an audience, especially when that approach can alienate so much of the fan base,” she told Cain. “The NFL honors women, the military, this country, celebrates communities. So, I think that whoever they select going forward for the halftime show needs to reflect those values more closely. So, I respect Erika.”

In addition to football and family, Hunt always looks for ways to share her faith in Jesus. She recently shared her collaboration with Monica Rich Kosann for the Aim True Arrowhead necklace.

“The arrowhead has always symbolized strength, clarity, and forward momentum…a reminder to stay aligned with your purpose and keep pursuing the path God sets before you,” she wrote on Instagram. “This piece was created to be worn daily, close to your heart, as a symbol of resilience, courage and the confidence to aim true in every season.”

Hopefully, the NFL will take note of the public outcry against Bad Bunny and select a more family-friendly headliner for the halftime show in the future. In the meantime, many Americans, including Hunt, are excited to see what TPUSA comes up with as an alternative.
