FATHER STU star Mark Wahlberg is sharing his intense workout routine with influencers and his fans on YouTube.
The actor will take digital creators through his workout routine at his home gym and will feature some candid conversations. The first season’s guests include Brent Rivera, Druski, The Stokes Twins, Adam W, Jesse James West, Hannah Stocking, Ben Azelart, Dhar Mann, Pierson and Airrack, Deadline reported.
His YouTube series, called “4AM Club Challenge,” premiered on Friday.
“I’ve always believed that how you start your morning sets the tone for everything else,” said Wahlberg. “The 4AM Club is about discipline, accountability and pushing yourself to be better. Bringing these creators into my world has been a lot of fun.”
“We wanted to create something that shows a different side of both Mark and these creators,” added Archie Gips, President of Unrealistic Ideas, the company producing the series. “The workouts are real, the conversations are real, and the personalities really come through. It’s competitive, it’s funny, and it’s ultimately about the mindset it takes to succeed.”

The star previously shared that after his morning cold plunge and workout, he eats the same breakfast every day.
“I eat the same breakfast every day🤬 but I feel better every day!!” Wahlberg wrote. “Seven am, about to have breakfast,” he added, showing some hard boiled eggs, salmon, berries and “a little scrambled eggs, a little turkey.”
The actor is sometimes tempted to sleep in and says, “I feel it more often than you think.” But, after his cold plunge, “I’m like, ‘Okay, I’m awake, I’m alive.’ We’re a go right after that. So I just go and I do the work.”
He said in 2023 that he feels better when he gets up early.
“If I don’t work out in the morning, I have a really hard time doing it towards the end of the day,” he said.
He also revealed that he says a prayer every morning.
“Before it was about aesthetic when trying to get in shape,” he said of his workouts. “Now, I want to live a long time.”
“The rest, the recovery and the nutrition are by far the most important things right now in this whole longevity program,” he said in an Instagram video from July 2024.
He prioritizes stretching and often eats healthy but has twice a week cheat days.
“Those things are the most important. Getting on a stationary bike is good for bodybuilding, sculpting, shaping, all that stuff. But getting out there, doing lots of lunges and things like that — that’s what’s going to keep me going,” he said.
It seems like Wahlberg hopes to push and inspire others through his new YouTube series. With some motivation, we could all be as tough and determined as he is.
