You won’t want to miss Great American Pure Flix’s exciting content lineup as they close out the final week of “40 Days of Scripture & Film” to celebrate the Lent and Easter season.

“Great American Media commemorates the final week of the Easter season with a powerful lineup of inspirational programming beginning with the World Premiere Original film, BLESSINGS IN DISGUISE, starring Shae Robins and Casey Elliott,” Great American Pure Flix wrote in a press release. “The curated lineup reflects Great American Media’s ongoing commitment to delivering meaningful entertainment that honors the spirit of the season and the values that unite us all.”

The content coming to the network this week includes a Good Friday lineup meant to help viewers prepare for Resurrection Sunday. GARDENUITY, SIGHT AND SOUND PRESENTS: JESUS LIVE!, THE PASSION PLAY and a slew of Great American Family original movies will come out on Friday.

“Easter is about creating space for reflection and renewal,” said Kaitlyn Haubrich, Chief Brand Officer, Great American Media. “Through inspiring films and meaningful Scripture, we are inviting families to come together and prepare for the season in a way that is both personal and uplifting.”

Part of this year’s preparation and celebration of Easter included the release of new Easter-related movies from the network. One of the most exciting is BLESSINGS IN DISGUISE, which tells the story of a woman living a fast-paced life who finds a new perspective when she gets the opportunity to run her late grandmother’s seamstress shop.

“Throughout the film, she starts to experience these feelings of doubt and insecurity and not feeling like she is enough, not feeling like her work is enough,” star Shae Robins explained. “And so often, many of us, all of us, relate to those same feelings, not feeling like we are doing enough or that we are enough.”

“But at the end of the day, what’s the most important thing is to remember that we are enough in the person’s eyes who matters the most,” Robins continued. “In God’s eyes, you are enough to Him, and so when you are feeling those feelings of doubt and feelings of insecurity and worth, just remember that you’ve got a loving Heavenly Father who knows you perfectly. And in His eyes, you are everything. You are enough, and you are loved. God’s got you.”

Just like GAF’s Christmas content, it is encouraging to see the network focus on other important times in the church calendar and help believers focus themselves as they prepare to celebrate the most important moment in history.
