ENOLA HOLMES 3

"Buried Treasure, An Old Enemy, A Missing Brother, And A Wedding"

What You Need To Know:

In the third installment of Netflix’s popular ENOLA HOLMES series, Enola’s wedding to Lord Tewkesbury interrupts the kidnapping of her brother, the famous detective Sherlock Holmes. Enola, Tewkesbury, and their friends band together to find Sherlock and solve a mystery involving a military cover-up, an old enemy, and lost treasure. ENOLA HOLMES 3 entertains, but it lacks the intrigue of its predecessors. Star Millie Bobby Brown delivers a charming performance, but the plot offers little action, leading to a repetitive feel.

The movie’s plot lacks construction, leaving the villain’s motivation unclear beyond a desire to create chaos. Fans of earlier movies might find this installment dull in comparison. ENOLA HOLMES 3 carries a moral worldview, with Enola and her friends striving to bring a criminal to justice. They focus on uncovering the truth of a military cover-up and returning stolen treasure. A scene promotes showing mercy, even to those who have done wrong. The film features light violence and suspense, some light alcohol use, and one obscenity. MOVIEGUIDE® advises caution for older children.
