BLESSINGS IN DISGUISE is a drama on Great American Family and Pure Flix. After a career setback, fashion designer Katie returns to her small hometown. There, she reconnects with her passion for fashion through her late grandmother’s dressmaking shop. She also rediscovers her love for fashion and decides to create a new line inspired by her late grandmother and their shared faith. The catch? Katie must finish her collection in two weeks when fashion industry execs come to her town to review it. As she works on her new line, Katie grows closer to er ex-boyfriend and begins to wonder if her big-city life is really what she wants. 

BLESSINGS IN DISGUISE is a sweet movie, with a touching storyline that viewers can relate to their own friends and family. However, the plot sometimes becomes a bit repetitive, with very little action. Happily, though, BLESSINGS IN DISGUISE has a strong uplifting Christian worldview where characters pray, attend church and discuss the importance of their faith. Scripture appears throughout, most notably when Katie includes Bible-verse tags in her designs. BLESSINGS IN DISGUISE is also pro-family and pro-marriage.

BLESSINGS IN DISGUISE is a dramatic TV movie on Great American Family and Pure Flix. The movie follows fashion designer Katie, who returns home after a career setback. There, she reconnects with her passion for fashion through her late grandmother’s dressmaking shop and learns there are more important things in life than career success.  

 Katie is celebrating her first big fashion show, but problems arise when the reviews pan her designs. She decides to take some time for herself and go home, where she runs into her past. Not only is there her late grandmother’s dressmaking shop, where she learned how to sew and design. There’s also her former boyfriend, woodworker Luke. 

 Katie rediscovers her love for fashion and decides to create a new line inspired by her grandmother and their shared Christian faith. The catch? She must finish it in two weeks, when fashion industry execs will come to her town to review the collection.
