BLUE BLOODS Cast Cuts Loom Amid Season 14 Renewal Talks

Fan-favorite BLUE BLOODS has yet to hear definitively about the series’ renewal status from CBS amid the network’s renewal announcements this week.
Deadline reports that after weeks of deadlocked negotiations, the series will most likely return for season 14.
However, Deadline also reports “rumblings” of CBS pushing for “pretty deep” cuts due to production costs.
These cuts could come as cast reductions for BLUE BLOODS’ large cast—seven full-time regulars and five major recurring characters.
BLUE BLOODS is CBS’ third most-watched drama and the cornerstone of the network’s Friday night lineup.

It also contains pro-capitalist, biblical elements supporting private property and free enterprise. However, “Silver Linings” has some foul language and violent situations.
