Judge Fines Christians for Praying

City Judge Thomas Ramich has fined four Christians about $195 in fines and court costs for praying silently in a prone position at a homosexual “pride” rally in 2007 at Wisner Park in Elmira, New York.
The local newspaper reported that the judge told the Christians that they were reckless for even going to the park.
The case is waiting for an appeal, but, if this evil, irrational and unconstitutional judgment is allowed to stand, it threatens the freedom of worship and the right to protest publicly on any sociopolitical issue, not just the issue of homosexual “rights.”
