Former OnlyFans model Nala Ray shared a powerful message of hope and a warning about the dangers of pornography while speaking with political activist Charlie Kirk.
“Hi Charlie, I’m Nala Ray. It’s so nice to be here today,” she said into the microphone from a crowd at Kirk’s event.
Ray was formerly in the sex industry before Jesus changed her life forever.
She continued, “I was one of OnlyFans top models for the last five years, and I got saved, and I radically gave my life to the Lord and gave that up. So, I want to know, would you support a ban on porn in American and what would you do to make that happen?”
Kirk explained that he would definitely support a ban, but he does not think that’s likely to happen.
“I don’t think it’s legal, but absolutely. Porn is no different than a digital opiate and an addiction,” he said.
Kirk is correct. Pornography consumption has been proven to negatively impact relationships, with users “twice as likely to later report experiencing a divorce or breakup.” It also is habit forming, and “experts agree that pornography consumption is a behavior that can, in fact, qualify as an addiction in serious cases.”
Kirk then asked Ray, “You were once an OnlyFans model. What would you have to say to the danger and the damage that it does to young people?”
She responded, “Honestly so much…It has different effects on men than it does women. Like for men, it shuts them down. They don’t know how to be in good relationships. They don’t know how to treat women. For women, it’s all emotional, and they just continue to get compared to the women in porn.”

She added, “So honestly, I’d say some self-control would go a really long way, which is also one of the Fruits of the Spirit…I think America needs revival right now.”
Ray was raised in a Christian household but chose to join OnlyFans during a rebellious period in her life. She made it to the top .01% of creators, gaining $14 million from her provocative career. But despite her success, she felt unfulfilled. It was when she prayed to God, asking him for help, that she chose to give her life to Him and abandon her lifestyle.
Today, Ray is married and uses her platform to share the Gospel and the freedom people can have in Jesus.
Ray’s story is a sobering warning of the dangers of pornography but also a beautiful reminder that no one is too far gone for the love of God.
