Former OnlyFans Star Describes How Christ Filled Her Emptiness

By Movieguide® Contributor

Former OnlyFans star Nala Ray knows firsthand the change that a relationship with Jesus can bring.

In a video posted to Instagram, she shared her background and what led her into — and out of — the world of adult entertainment.

“I’ve had quite a few people reach out to me… just truly curious about what and why I changed,” she began. “So, listen, I was a pastor’s kid almost all my life. I grew up in church, I was always in church, you know? I was also homeschooled, so my life truly felt like a cage.”

Nala explained that there was nothing wrong with how she grew up, but the religion and lack of relationship with Jesus was her problem.

“I’m not saying Christianity is a cage; religion was the cage,” she said. “Me and my family did not have a good relationship, and I’m the middle of five children…I was a very rebellious child. I was just going the wrong way, right?”

She continued, “So about 4 years ago, I started OnlyFans because I think truly in was out of pure rebellion… and I climbed to top .01%. I’m not saying that to brag, I’m saying that the devil can truly give you things in this life.”

She told Christian rapper Lecrae in an interview that she made $14 million as an OnlyFans star.

Eventually, though, Ray realized that those things didn’t make her life better, and through her boyfriend’s encouragement and prayers, she eventually gave her life to God.

“I just started praying. I told God so honestly what I was feeling. I was like, ‘God, nothing is filling this void I feel…nothing’s working. Like everything I’m trying is failing, it’s all slipping through my fingers like sand, like I don’t know what to do, I don’t know what you want me to do, like I need to you to tell me what I need to do because I don’t know.'”

“And I was so open and honest with God, and that’s all God wants is just your honesty. He doesn’t need you to come to him clean. He needs you as you are,” she told Lecrae.

Now she uses her platform to share her faith with others.

“What may be tea for you is testimony for me ✝️,” she wrote in one post, reflecting on how God changed her life.

In another post, she proclaimed, “New Creation in Christ,” accompanied by a video showing her dying her then bright red hair back to blonde.
