NRB President Warns of Possible Gov’t Tyranny in U.S.

Frank Wright, president of the National Religious Broadcasters, warned at the recent NRB Convention in Nashville that new proposed laws and regulations in Congress and President Obama’s administration could be used against Christian broadcasters and preachers who label homosexuality a sin, who say that Jesus is the only way to God, or who don’t provide anti-Christian “balance” on their radio programs.

Hate crimes legislation protecting “sexual orientation and gender identity” was introduced in January in Congress.

Also, President Obama’s top advisor, David Axelrod, from Chicago, recently admitted to Fox News, that Obama and his new FCC commissioner may indeed consider supporting the application of a “Fairness Doctrine” against talk radio.
