Tim Tebow Reminds Followers ‘You are Not Alone’

Former football star Tim Tebow recently shared some encouragement with his Instagram followers as part of his partnership with K-Love Radio.
“Do you ever feel like you’re all alone? Like nobody believes in you, or that you’re just not enough?” Tebow asked. “These are lies that the enemy tells and sadly, many of us start to believe them.”
He continued, “Research shows that one-third of people feel lonely most of the time or all of the time, and over half of young people say that there’s no one in the world that believes in them. Another study says people are spending 12% of their daily thoughts in some form of comparison.”
“Do you know what all this means? It means that people aren’t satisfied,” Tebow added. “It means we don’t believe who we’re created to be. We’re looking somewhere else to find our identity instead of knowing our identity comes from who and whose we are in Christ.”
“You were created in love, by love, and for love. Deuteronomy 3:16 declares that God will never leave or abandon you. You are not alone,” Tebow concluded.

Tebow posted a screenshot of one of his tweets that read, “God doesn’t call us to be average. Don’t settle because you’re afraid, because the pressure is too high or because you had a bad experience in the past. You are made for more than just getting by!”
He continued his inspiring message in the caption of his post, writing, “God wants to use you where you are with what you have. Not just in the future when you get to where you think you want to go, but now. Don’t wait until you feel equipped to live a life that counts!”
