More Detail:

FIXER TO FABULOUS is a home renovation reality show streaming on HGTV and HBO MAX led by Dave and Jenny Marrs, two outspoken Christians. In the second episode of Season 7 of FIXER TO FABULOUS, the Marrs revamp a rental property in hopes of enticing some long-term tenants to live on the property.

They’ve recently purchased a house they plan to renovate and turn into a rental property. Some major work needs to be done in the house before new tenants can inhabit, however. So, Dave and Jenny must get to work with the renovations.

The couple struggles to stay within their budget when more concerns arise. First is their plan to raise the kitchen ceiling, which would require reframing, a time-consuming task. Another concern is closing off a front room and turning it into a bedroom or office.

As the renovations wind down, Dave and Jenny start focusing on the details, such as installing kitchen cabinet handles, painting walls, and designing a special Murphy bed with a picture frame handle. Dave also revamps an old metal tank from the workshop into a fire pit and grill.

At the end of the episode, the Marrs have an open house, hoping to find the perfect people to move into this new rental property.
