Danica McKellar just celebrated four years of knowing Christ last month.

“Did you know that April is my 4-year anniversary of becoming a Christian? 💕✝️” she shared in a social media video. “I didn’t want the month to go by without commemorating and sharing 4 of the many things I have learned in 4 years of being a Christian — how my life has felt so much calmer and more blessed.”

She’s learned the power of forgiveness, the Bible’s “interesting” stories, that God can give you a peace even when circumstances are crazy and that God fills emptiness.

“Talking to God regularly, having this relationship in my life, has made all the difference, and I wish this kind of peace happiness for everyone reading this message,” she wrote in the caption. “May you have blessed day and feel God’s love in your heart! 🙏”

McKeller previously told Fox News that while she has been exposed to Christianity her whole life, it never clicked until Candace Cameron Bure took her to church.

“Still I can say is that something happened,” she said. “All I know is I was flooded with this love and understanding.”

She continued, “I’d always been so biased against Christianity for various reasons, mostly because of the bad reputation it’s gotten with causing wars, and you think, ‘Oh, Christians are these really judgmental people,’ and all this religious stuff. The truth is Jesus was anti-religion. He was anti-religion, and I didn’t even realize that.” When she saw a “passion play” with Bure, she “suddenly understood.”

Last year, McKellar celebrated her faith anniversary of three years.

At the time, she recalled of coming to know God, “I always, like, believed in some sort of higher power God thing. Somehow, I knew there was more to it than how we see it, I knew there was more to it than what science can explain. But it hadn’t crystallized for me.”

“And I had a bias against Christianity and the whole Jesus thing…I just didn’t have a good feeling about it and… [When I went to church] it was a revelation, it was an intellectual one and an emotional one,” she explained.

She described her life with the Lord as full of joy, peace and freedom.

“Everything I always thought about there being some higher power and wanting to do the right thing, just because it’s the right thing, when no one’s watching, why that matters, and it all just came into focus,” she said. “And I feel so blessed. I do have this very recent memory of being a nonbeliever, and I have no judgment whatsoever; I just want people to feel the love and peace that I feel now.”

It’s great that McKellar’s life has been transformed by faith. She knows it’s something to celebrate!
