Jelly Roll and wife Bunnie Xo are putting their hopes for a pregnancy “in God’s hands.”
“It is tough, but at the same time it’s like, you just put it in God’s hands,” she said during an episode of her “Dumb Blonde” podcast. “If it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be. And if not, we can always adopt. I’m totally open to adoption too, and so is my husband.”
Bunnie and Jelly Roll have been married since 2016, and she is step-mother to the country star’s children, Bailee Ann and Noah.
She has been open about her IVF journey, telling listeners of her podcast, “[I’m] going through all of the emotions, the rollercoaster, the worry, just so that I can have a little piece of my husband and me. Just a little piece wrapped in skin to add to the other two beautiful children that we have together.”

Bunnie has also shared the reason why she and Jelly Roll ultimately decided to share their fertility journey with the public.
“We had planned on doing this privately,” she wrote on Instagram. “But decided our IVF journey needed to be shared because we’ve always been so open. And w/all odds stacked against us, it’s already been hard & we have only just begun.”
Bunnie continued, “J and I are SO excited & scared all at the same time. We genuinely never thought we’d want to add to our family but something changed this year. We both just want a piece of us together to add to our already perfect family w/Bailee and Noah.”
She recently shared a “huge huge win” with fans, posting on Instagram, “When you just got the call you’ve been waiting on for 5 months since this ivf journey started. All the tears, the hopelessness & the struggle, God finally said ‘Here.’”
In the comments, Bunnie clarified this was “not a pregnancy announcement,” adding, “We won’t announce that. This is just a huge win for us…Praise Jesus.”
Jelly Roll has also spoken about his desire to have another child, telling the “Bussin’ With The Boys” podcast, “My wife and I are talking about having a baby and it really made me realize at almost 40, I was like, that means I gotta live to at least 60. I gotta see this kid into college.”
This process isn’t always easy, but Jelly Roll and Bunnie are trusting in God and leaving it in His hands.
