Moonbug Entertainment’s BLIPPI is ready to take the show on the road for an all-new series, BLIPPI: THE ULTIMATE ROAD TRIP.
The five-part YouTube series premieres Aug. 16 and follows Blippi and his friend Meekah “on a cross-country journey to the Be Like Blippi Games in Los Angeles.”
“Along the way, they visit iconic cities like New York City, Philadelphia, and Nashville, exploring landmarks and meeting fascinating new friends, reminding kids everywhere that curiosity is the ultimate superpower,” the description continues.
Each stop will feature a celebrity guest who will participate in fun challenges and activities with Blippi.
Country star Kane Brown will take on the Floor Is Lava Challenge in Nashville. Actor Jordan Fisher will join Blippi to explore New York City, while pastry chef Christina Tosi will show Blippi the joys of baking in her NYC kitchen.
“BLIPPI: THE ULTIMATE ROAD TRIP is a true milestone for the franchise and for our fans,” Mike Katzman, Blippi General Manager at Moonbug Entertainment, said. “For the first time, we’re taking Blippi on a nationwide journey, not just on screen, but in real life, with celebrity guests, original music, and interactive events that bring the world of Blippi to families across the country. We’re on a mission to inspire families to get curious together, and this series is our biggest step yet. Blippi isn’t just visiting new places, he’s meeting fans face-to-face and showing them how to explore, play, and learn just like he does.”
“Be Like Blippi” week will celebrate the series’ launch. It’s a “nationwide, multi-platform celebration of curiosity. ‘Be Like Blippi’ week will feature all-new content, original music, and immersive experiences across the US, rooted in the simple but powerful message that anyone can ‘Be Like Blippi,'” a press release stated. It kicks off Aug. 23.

But to get all the fun started, a new Be Like Blippi EP will drop on Aug. 15, the night before the first episode’s debut. The EP will contain three tracks, one of which is Blippi’s new anthem, “Curious Like Me.”
These three new songs will get kids dancing and “learning through music.”

The first three episodes of BLIPPI: Season Five are lively and designed to be educational. They have many interactive elements between the characters and viewers. Each episode teaches young children about new things or helps them practice their numbers and colors. The episodes reflect a moral worldview because Blippi and Meekah are kind and selfless and make everything a learning opportunity. In Episode 3, Blippi can “shrink down” to get into his “Blippi Mobile.” This might be viewed as magic, but the word magic isn’t mentioned, and it seems more silly than anything.
Blippi is ready to hit the road later this month, and your child won’t want to miss his adventures.
