It’s official. NCIS: TONY AND ZIVA will hit Paramount+ on Sept. 4.
“They’ve got your six. 👏 NCIS: TONY & ZIVA comes to your screens September 4th on #ParamountPlus,” Paramount announced on Instagram.
According to Variety, the 10-episode NCIS spinoff will begin airing on Sept. 4 and conclude on Oct. 23.
“After Ziva’s supposed death and her return to NCIS for one final mission, she and Tony have reunited in Paris, where they’re raising their young daughter, Tali. But when Tony’s security company is attacked, the family must go on the run across Europe. Together, they try to figure out who’s after them — and must learn to trust each other again,” the official logline of the series reads.
Cote de Pablo (Ziva) previously teased that the series will be filled with “intrigue, romance, the background of Europe, impossible situations that will make our life very complicated” but also “a little something about love.”
“We’re beyond excited to finally share Tony and Ziva’s next chapter with the incredible fans around the world who never stopped believing this day would come,” de Pablo and Michael Weatherly (Tony) told Variety. “Returning to these roles together on screen after more than a decade has been an unforgettable journey packed with lies, spies, danger, desire…and self-driving murder cars. (Don’t worry, that last one will make sense soon). This is one wild ride you won’t want to miss, and as they say in Paris: Accrochez-vous bien!“
Weatherly took to Instagram to share the news as well.
“It’s like the fine wine people speak of…age must be appropriate, and timing, the decanting and ultimately the perfect setting. #ncisverse #ncistonyandziva on Paramount+,” Weatherly wrote in the caption.
Fans from around the world can’t wait to see what’s in store for their favorite NCIS characters.
“I binged seasons 1-11 of mothership in two months and I am truly losing my mind over the Tiva spinoff. I cannot WAIT!!!” one person wrote.
Another said, “I saw it in the distance and had a feeling that was it!!! 😆❤️ I always have it in my calendar.”
“The best moment, you’re like a good wine 🍷 I love seeing this more mature Tony and at this stage of being a father, without stopping being that great kid,” another person commented.
