Some of Christian music’s biggest names will take to the stage at the 40 Days of Christian Music at The Ark Encounter concert series.
Beginning July 29 and running through Sept. 6, fans can catch over 100 different artists including Crowder, Katy Nicole, Matthew West, Big Daddy Weave, Ernie Hasse & Signature Sound, The Isaacs, Jordan Feliz, Cochren & Company, Terrian, The Inspirations, Caleb & John, Jon Reddick and Charity Gayle, per ChurchLeaders.
The festival will also include speakers like Ken Ham, Ray Flynn, Tim Lovelace, Tyler Gaulden, Tianna Coetezee, Javon Ruff and more.
Ray Flynn, the event’s creator, told ChurchLeaders that the 40 Days of Christian Music festival is “all about bringing all genres of Christian music together and using it as an opportunity to see new people come in the kingdom of God while experiencing worship with other believers who are already believers.”
“It takes every bit of a year to pull it off,” he added. “The logistics behind it are pretty crazy because you know you’ve got different genres of music each day.”
But despite the challenges of pulling an event of this scale together, Flynn trusts God is in control.
“The coordination of it all is extreme. But you know, even when we don’t get it exactly right, the Spirit of the Lord always shows up and people worship the Lord,” he said. “So we tend to forget about all of those little details once it gets going because it’s really all about Jesus.”
West can’t wait to perform at the Ark Encounter on Aug. 30.
“I can’t wait. It’s my first time coming to the Ark Encounter. I can’t wait to worship with you,” the singer said on the Ark Encounter’s Instagram Story. “Tickets are on sale, so make sure you make your plans to come and see me. It’s gonna be a really special time. Williamstown, Kentucky, Ark Encounter. I’m coming for you. Until then, don’t stop praying, and I’ll see you soon.”

Tyler Gaulden, one of the event speakers, also expressed excitement for the event.
“Christians are notorious for getting into camps and clicks and denominations, and the 40 Days of Christian Music has done a great job, especially over the last several years, of being a bridge across many waters in the Christian world,” he explained. “That is what I like seeing the most during that 40 days. You have churches and believers from all walks of denominations that come together for one goal: to worship Jesus.”
The 40 Days of Christian Music at The Ark Encounter will certainly be a powerful experience for those attending, speaking and performing.
