Stephen Baldwin Thanks Followers For Prayers After Daughter Hailey’s Health Scare

Actor Stephen Baldwin thanked supporters for their prayers after his daughter, Hailey Bieber, suffered a blood clot in her brain.
“Thank you so much for all the prayers for the wonderful Hailey,” he wrote in a post on Instagram. “GOD BLESS TO YOU ALL !!!”
“Been on my knees before my God as much as possible,” he added. “Every day He is my father… love Him so much as always, He’s a good father.”

Hailey Bieber recently reassured fans that she is okay after doctors discovered a blood clot in her brain.
The model took to Instagram to update her followers on her health in a recent story:
“On Thursday morning, I was sitting at breakfast with my husband when I started having stroke-like symptoms and was taken to the hospital. They found I had suffered a very small blood clot to my brain, which caused a small lack of oxygen, but my body had passed it on its own and I recovered completely within a few hours.
“Although this was definitely one of the scariest moments I’ve ever been through, I’m home now and doing well, and I’m so grateful and thankful to all the amazing doctors and nurses who took care of me!”
Hailey said that she is healthy now and that her husband, pop star Justin Bieber, was by her side through it all.
Hailey and husband Justin Bieber’s faith helped them through this scary situation as the popstar asked everyone to pray for her during the ordeal.
The couple have been married for three years and they often speak about how their Christian faith has influenced their marriage. Movieguide® previously reported:
Only half a year into their marriage, the Biebers are still working to manage their expectations of one another, their faiths, how they handle conflict and their careers. “Fighting is good,” Justin told VOGUE. “Doesn’t the Bible talk about righteous anger? We don’t want to lose each other.” Justin was also intentional in not getting a prenup, as many celebrities do because he and Hailey believe divorce isn’t an option.
Many couples in Justin and Hailey’s generation are choosing to cohabitate and forgo marriage, differing than generations before them. Hailey and Justin’s testimony and commitment to abstinence until they got married speaks volumes to their commitment to following God’s design for sex in the context of marriage and will hopefully urge others their ages to do the same. The article states, “not having sex, he decided, was a way for him to feel closer to God.” Justin described, “He doesn’t ask us not to have sex for him because he wants rules and stuff. He’s like, ‘I’m trying to protect you from hurt and pain.'” He finished by saying, “I wanted to rededicate myself to God in that way because I really felt it was better for the condition of my soul, and I believe that God blessed me with Hailey as a result.”
“We’re coming from a really genuine place.” Hailey relayed earnestly, “we’re two young people who are learning as we go. I’m not going to sit here and lie and say it’s all a magical fantasy. It’s always going to be hard. It’s a choice.”
