Great American Media just announced that WHEN HOPE CALLS: BROOKFIELD will return for a third season!
“It’s official! WHEN HOPE CALLS: BROOKFIELD Season 3 is coming in 2026 starring Cindy Busby, Christopher Russell, Sarah Fisher, Nick Bateman, and Trevor Donovan! Who’s excited?!” Great American Family announced on Instagram.

“We are delighted to continue the journey of WHEN HOPE CALLS,” Bill Abbott, Great American Media, President and CEO, said in a press release. “This series embodies the heart, hope, and values that resonate so strongly with audiences and define our brand. With a stellar cast leading the way, we look forward to continuing to share inspiring stories from Brookfield that viewers love.”
WHEN HOPE CALLS is a spinoff of Janette Oke’s beloved book series, When Calls the Heart, which also inspired the Hallmark show of the same name. The series takes place in “the heartwarming town of Brookfield, where family, friendship, and faith shine bright,” the press release says. “With uplifting stories, a stellar cast, and timeless values at its core, WHEN HOPE CALLS: BROOKFIELD invites viewers to experience heartfelt moments, small-town charm, and the power of love and resilience.”
Season 3 stars Cindy Busby as Nora Anderson, Christopher Russell as Mountie Michael “Fearless” Fletcher, Sarah Fisher as Hannah Lawrence, Nick Bateman as Wyatt and Trevor Donovan as Constable Jim Reynolds. It also sees the return of Wendy Crewson, Hanneke Talbot, Simon Arblaster and Jon McLaren.
WHEN HOPE CALLS: BROOKFIELD’s third season will return exclusively to Great American Pure Flix, Great American Family and GFAM+ in 2026.
Great American Family and Great American Faith & Living also just joined YouTube TV’s live channel lineup to expand the “network’s linear distribution to millions of additional households across the U.S. Great American Media’s streaming service, Great American Pure Flix, will also become available on YouTube’s Primetime Channels lineup in future weeks.”
“This agreement ensures that Great American Family is available live to even more viewers across the country,” Abbott said. “YouTube TV has become a vital platform for families who want the best of traditional cable channels in a modern streaming package, and we are excited to make our networks part of their lineup.”

While an official date for WHEN HOPE CALLS: BROOKFIELD Season 3 hasn’t been announced yet, fans can’t wait to return to the world filled with hope, faith and family.
