HGTV’s HOME TOWN has been renewed for an eighth season, and Ben and Erin Napier shared their excitement.
“BREAKING NEWS: #HGTVHomeTown has been renewed for Season 8!” a post from HGTV and Ben Napier reads.
The post continued, “And if you’re anxiously awaiting the Season 7 premiere, know that we’ll have a date/time for you to mark your calendars shortly.”
Ben and Erin Napier teased fans with a short clip from the upcoming second installment of HOME TOWN’s seventh season.
“We can’t show you just yet what they’re working on, but we can assure you that you’re going to love this next season of #HGTVHomeTown!” the caption read.
Even though the couple is getting ready for the new seasons of HOME TOWN, the Napiers are busy with many other projects, including new home improvement ventures.
In an Instagram post, Erin announced she was partnering with York Wallcoverings for a line of peel-and-stick wallpaper.
“Every design is an homage to heirloom wallpaper patterns of the early 20th century in multiple modern colorways for each that I think you’re going to love,” she wrote.
Movieguide® previously reported on another project the Napiers recently announced:
HGTV’s HOME TOWN duo Erin and Ben Napier have created custom butcher block countertops—a new product that fans can get for their own homes.
Erin shared how the couple’s own experience encouraged them to create this product.
“Way back in 2011 when we bought our house, we did an $8k renovation on our kitchen and we drove 6 hours to buy affordable solid maple butcher block slabs for the countertops,” Erin wrote on Instagram. “And we loved them. And so Ben started making them himself with clamps and glue in the first woodshop from seasons 1-2. And then we bought a shuttered factory that had been hit by a tornado and turned it into a state of the art butcher block manufacturing facility.”
“Custom countertops, or stock size slabs, with 10 hardwood species and two finishes to choose from,” she continued. “So, what I’m saying is: you don’t have to drive 6 hours. We will make your countertops just for you then ship them to you.”
