Danica McKellar Celebrates 3 Things She’s Grateful For

By Movieguide® Contributor

THE WONDER YEARS actress Danica McKellar took to Instagram to share three things she is grateful for ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday.

“Gratitude challenge accepted!! 🙏 Thank you to @candacecbure for nominating me to keep the gratitude wave going,” McKellar said on Monday.

“🙌 Here are the three things I’m thinking about today: 1. The seasons! 🍂 I love watching the landscape change all around as the seasons evolve. This is new for me since I lived in California most of my life. 😋 2. Dance! I find it to be such a fun challenge, and also it keeps me healthy and happy. 💃” and “3. My strong marriage! We just celebrated 9 years of marriage this month. 💕💕,” McKellar said.

Movieguide® recently reported on the tenth anniversary of McKellar and her husband’s meeting:

[McKellar shared,] “October 16, 2013, we met for coffee, which turned into lunch, which turned into frozen yogurt, which turned into a lifetime together! Thank you, Scott, for being the best husband and partner I ever could have dreamed off. I love you so much and all our adventures together. Here’s to many more decades ahead! Happy 10-year anniversary of our first date!!”

To continue the gratefulness “wave,” McKellar nominated actresses Melissa Joan Hart and Jen Lilley and professional dancer Gleb Savchenko to share three things they’re grateful for. She also encouraged her followers to comment some things they appreciate.

Candace Cameron Bure originally started the gratitude challenge. She said she would list three things she is grateful for and then tag three people each week of November. She kicked off week three with these three things: “My salvation 🙏🏼, my fiddle leaf figs George and Georgina 🌿” and “fitness and being able to move my body 💪🏼.”

Another of Bure’s tags, actor Matthew Von Der Ahe, also listed some things he is grateful for: “⭐️ My friends and family, ⭐️ Unconditional love,” and “⭐️ All the opportunities that have come my way.”
