Fox Nation’s GOD. FAMILY. FOOTBALL. has been renewed for two more seasons!
“In the upcoming season, viewers will get an inside look at a team shaped by adversity, mentorship and faith — all told through the lens of Coach Duron, whose dual role as spiritual shepherd and head coach remains the emotional core of the series,” a statement from Fox Nation explained.
The just-announced third season premiered Aug. 7, with eight episodes. Season 4 is expected to drop fall of 2026.
GOD. FAMILY. FOOTBALL. follows coach and pastor Denny Duron as he continues to work on rebuilding the football program at Evangel Christian Academy in Shreveport, Louisiana.
“With high expectations and higher emotional stakes, this season follows an underdog team of young athletes led by rising stars both on the field and in life,” a statement from Fox Nation shared.
Season 3 will introduce viewers to Peyton “Pop” Houston, a quarterback ranked No. 1 in the class of 2027 who has broken high school passing records, as well as Damari “DayDay” Drake, who viewers will see reunite with his father after years in prison.
“This series continues to resonate with our subscribers because it is about more than just the final score of the game,” Gavin Hadden, senior vice president of Fox Nation, said in a statement. “It pulls back the emotional layers and tells the stories that are unfolding between the locker room and home.”

Duron also shared a statement, saying, “GOD. FAMILY. FOOTBALL. is a way of life! As the head coach of the Evangel Eagles my goal every single day is to instill faith in the heart of each player and that putting God first and family second releases us to be champions, regardless of the final score.”
“We are so excited about [Season 3]. In fact, we feel like this season is really the best season of all,” he said in a recent interview with Fox News. “[The players and coaches] are so full of fire and resilience. I’ve never been around a team of boys that are as resilient as these kids, or as close.”
GOD. FAMILY. FOOTBALL. originally aired on Amazon’s Freevee but was picked up by Fox Nation in its second season.
“With football season in full swing, we are thrilled to become the new home of this compelling and inspiring show,” Fox Nation president Lauren Petterson said at the time. “It’s an honor to be able to share their story of resilience and character with our viewers and this is the perfect program to launch our FOX Faith vertical on FOX Nation.”
