HGTV Star Shares Heartwarming Family Photo

Erin Napier was melting her fans’ hearts earlier this week when she shared a precious photo of her husband, Ben, embracing their daughter as they napped.

“What safe looks like,” Napier captioned the Instagram post of the heartwarming photo.

Napier’s fans went crazy in the comments, complimenting the couple for the amazing parenting job they have done while handling the fame and success that has come from HGTV.

“What a world it would be that every single child felt that type of love and security! What a blessed life those two beauties of yours have!” one fan wrote.

“Such a sweet pic! You both are great parents and handled things so well while being in the spotlight. You’ve definitely given your girls a safe place and protected them from so much,” another fan added.

The couple has emphasized family over fame their entire careers. They have also started to face big milestones as their youngest daughter grows up. In September, they shared another sweet post about her transitioning into a “big girl” bed, leaving the handmade crib for storage until there were grandkids to use it.

“Mae spent her first night in the crib less than 3 years ago. Last night was probably the last night one of my children will sleep in the crib I spent so much time working on,” Ben wrote while sharing the milestone. “Mae is currently taking a nap in her big girl bed. It’s a beautiful antique cherry Jenny Lind. The crib will live in her room for a few more weeks in case she has some trouble with her big girl bed, but she’s ready. The white oak crib will go into storage until my babies become mamas, then it will be used again. Nothing makes you more aware of time than having children.”

The Napiers also keep their kids safe by keeping them away from the internet and off social media.

“Is it mean to keep [my children] from communicating with smart phones? I don’t care,” Erin posted on Instagram in 2022. “I’m also keeping them from finding a distorted picture of who they think they need to be, porn, hate, the criticism of strangers. Childhood is so short. We’re gonna savor every last second of our girls’ that we can.”
