FULL HOUSE and Teddy Bear Award® winner Candace Cameron Bure says she isn’t afraid of a little Botox and wants to age “beautifully.”

The 50-year-old admitted to Us Weekly that she has gotten botox.

“I got it the one time, and it was great,” Bure said. “I loved it, but, let’s see, I actually just had a little laser.”

“I have some dark spots on my face, melasma,” she said. “So that was a little birthday present to myself, which will still be ongoing, because I would really like to get those dark spots off!”

But that’s all the treatment she wants to do.

“That’s kind of where it ends for me,” Bure continued. “At this point, I’m just seeing what I can do in the most natural sense, but I still want to feel as good as I can.”

“Already the dark spots have improved, and then the texture of my skin, I feel like my pores are non-existent right now. So I’m like, ‘Wait, what is this? Where has this laser been my whole life?’”

She plans to take her aging journey step-by-step.

“I don’t think I feel pressure, but I want to age as beautifully as I can,” the “Candace Cameron Bure Podcast” podcast host explained. “Whether that’s completely natural or it’s with the help of a doctor or lasers, I don’t know.”

“There’s so many beautiful women,” she added. “I was just watching that show THE MADISON, which stars Michelle Pfeiffer, and I have no idea if she’s done any work or not, but I see wrinkles, and she is so stunning. She is gorgeous.”

“And I’m like, I want to age like that, because I can’t tell if she’s had anything done. It doesn’t look like she’s done anything, and she is absolutely stunning. I also look at my mom, who’s never had anything done in her whole entire life, and she is so beautiful,” she says. “So we’ll just see where each day takes me.”

She also plans to stay fit.

“My goals are to stay as healthy as possible,” she explained about her future. “Longevity is so key for me. I’ve been on a fitness grind for a while, but I really kicked it up a notch the last year and a half because I just wanted to enter 50 into a place that I’ve never been before.”

Bure just turned 50 on April 6. She celebrated with lots of friends, her husband and children.

She shared photos of her party on Instagram with the caption, “50 years on this planet. 30 years loving this man. 27 years loving being their mom. I couldn’t have felt more loved by all of them on my birthday. Cue the tears 🥹😭❤️.”

Last month, Bure gushed how proud she is of her daughter, Natasha Perry, for winning a Movieguide® award.

“Proud mom alert! 🥹 @natashaperry took home the Grace Award for Streaming for her stunning work in Timeless Tidings of Joy!! 👏🏼💫” she wrote. “The cherry on top was reuniting on stage with more of our crew to accept the win for Best Family Television/Streaming! ✨”

The 50-year-old’s next projects are some Christmas movies with Great American Family, which will come out this winter.
