Tim Tebow reminds us to “reflect [God’s] love” to others, even in their lowest moments.
“Don’t let someone’s worst moment make you forget they are made in God’s image, too,” he posted on Instagram.
Tebow’s post caption read, “God didn’t stop loving you at your lowest. Don’t forget that when someone else falls short. They still reflect His image, so let’s reflect His love.”
The former NFL star frequently shares uplifting messages on social media, encouraging his followers to believe in themselves as well as support others who might be struggling.
In one recent post, Tebow wrote, “God doesn’t skip the people we overlook. We might miss them, but God doesn’t. The people we overlook are still part of His plan and carry His image too.”
In another, he encouraged people who might be feeling stuck or lost, writing, “God will use your gifts and abilities in His way for His plan. Rather than trying to figure out or influence how He will make it happen, focus on Him!”
Tebow recently shared big news; he and wife Demi-Leigh welcomed their first child, a daughter named Daphne Reign.
“Daphne is a name that’s been close to my heart since I was a little girl,” Demi wrote in an Instagram post, explaining that her grandmother’s sister was named Daphne. “She was so special to my mom and I — a tiny, kind and strong South African woman who always had shortbread in the house, was the epitome of grit and grace, loved Jesus, had the voice of an angel and made everyone feel seen and special.”

Demi continued, “And Reign…it’s a name that holds so much meaning…more than anything, her name reminds us that when you’re adopted into God’s family, you become a child of the King. You were made to rule and reign — not in power, but in purpose, love, and identity.”
In an interview with PEOPLE earlier this year, Tebow spoke about how becoming a father has changed his outlook on life.
“It’s just amazing how it also reprioritizes and changes what you put an emphasis on and what you value most,” he explained. “News like that just supersedes the level of importance and the level of joy that you have. It’s just so cool.”
As Tebow and his wife celebrate this new chapter of parenthood, they continue to share a message of grace: to never stop reflecting God’s love to those around us.
