SCARY MOVIE 2

What You Need To Know:

SCARY MOVIE 2 is a perfectly lame, disgusting comedy spoof of occult horror movies, including THE EXORCIST. Filled with gross-out sexual jokes, toilet humor and some drug humor, the basic story relates how a college professor, played by Tim Curry, lures a group of college co-eds to spend the weekend at a haunted house. The professor wants to fornicate with one or more of the young women. A handyman with a deformed hand freaks out the students. Finally, ghosts and supernatural beings appear, and chaos results.

SCARY MOVIE 2 is more stupid and sophomoric than it is truly envelope pushing. The never ending stream of crude and vulgar humor is not relieved by any wit whatsoever. Bad acting, bad directing, terrible writing, and uninspired comedy all conspire to make this one of the worst movies anyone will ever see this year, or any other year for that matter. All the people involved in this should hide their heads in eternal shame. The only possible ray of sunshine in all this is the hope that this movie may show those who watch it how silly the idea of ghosts coming back from the dead is.
