Rachel Reeves and Revolution Church, a Georgia-based church, blessed hospital workers with 500 Chick-fil-A sandwiches amid COVID-19 pandemic.

“Jesus asks us to love each other, and however that looks for you and your city, your community, do that,” Reeves told 11 Alive.

Chick-Fil-A’s app allows users to accumulate points after every purchase. Reeves and her community pooled their points together to purchase the sandwiches.

“The idea of the Chick-fil-A points came to me and it took off,” said Reeves. “Our health care workers are in the front lines and are at risk everyday, leaving their families at home. I wanted them to know how appreciated they are!”

Revolution church has also collected more than 1 ton of food to distribute to local food pantries.
