Viral Christian artist Forrest Frank praises God for miraculously healing his broken back.
“Guys, so I broke my back exactly two weeks ago,” he began an Instagram video posted over the weekend.
He also posted abother update on August 4.
The singer fractured his L3 and L4 vertebrae a little over two weeks ago when he fell while skateboarding with his 2-year-old son, Bodie.
“…Got an X-ray and a Cat scan. It showed that I had multiple fractures. [I] could not move an inch without excruciating pain,” he continued.
“I wake up today, forget to put on my back brace, just start doing the morning,” he said with joy. “I pick Bodie up, and then I realize, ‘Wait, I’m not wearing my brace? What is going on?”
Just do be sure, he ordered an urgent X-ray.
“I have complete healing in my back. I have not fractures in my back. No sign of a fracture in my back. So praise God,” he celebrated as his wife, Grace, cheered in the background. “We saw a miracle!”
The video has over 1 million likes.
Fans celebrated along with him and Grace in the comment section.
“OH MY!!!!! THATS THE GOD WE SERVE!!!! PRAISING GOD RIGHT NOW!!!!” Christian singer Tauren Wells said.
Phil Wickham commented, “YESSSS! That is our God!!!! Thank you Jesus.”
Frank’s wife chimed in, too, writing, “Still crying actually.”
While Frank could’ve let the pain over the last two weeks get him down, he used the opportunity to write not just one but two songs from his bed as he recovered.
The first, “God’s Got My Back,” released just days after the accident. He wrote, produced and recorded the song while lying flat on his back in bed.

In it, he sings:
God’s got my back (Hmm)
Even when I fall or get attacked
God’s got my back
Even when I’m low and full of lack
God’s got my back
Even when my soul is full of sorrow
I don’t have to worry about tomorrow
Why’s that?
‘Cause God’s got my—
Then, 11 days after breaking his back, Frank dropped “Lemonade,” which he wrote with The Figs.
“Life gave me some lemons / But my Jesus, He be makin’ lemonade (Aha), lemonade / My Jesus making lemonade (Aha), lemonade / I watch my worries wash a-way, lemonade / It’s gonna be okay,” he sings.
The upbeat song praising Jesus went No. 1 in all genres.
“I’m pretty much convinced God would’ve healed me day 1 from all these prayers, but He wanted these songs & this testimony come to life,” Frank wrote in the caption sharing his healing. “Regardless, i’m here for it all…ruined for the ordinary. THANK YOU JESUS.”
Thank God for Frank’s miraculous healing and how God used it to further His kingdom.
