HGTV’s LOVE IT OR LIST IT isn’t going anywhere!
Despite the announcement of several cancellations, the network recently announced over 100 new episodes from new and returning shows, with the David Visentin and Page Turner hosted show being one of them.
Before LIOLI’s official announcement of a renewed season, the show posted on Instagram that it was looking for “outgoing, fun enthusiastic homeowners” in the Greater Toronto Area to apply to be on the show.
“Do you want to be on TV? Is your current house no longer working for you, and you’re considering a move?” the post read. “Our skilled designer and team of experts will transform your current living space into a stylish and functional environment that caters to you and your family’s needs, while our real estate guru is tasked with finding you the home of your dreams.”
The long-running show highlights homeowners who have fallen out of love with their homes as interior designer Turner and real estate agent Visentin compete to see whether they will stay in their newly renovated home or sell it.

Turner replaced Hilary Farr last season, who stated, “it’s time for me to embrace new challenges that have come my way.”
She thanked the fans and the network for the support and said that she will always remain friends with cohost David whom she would often banter back and forth with on the show and would “expect him to be fabulously and hilariously annoying as ever.”
HGTV announced that a handful of shows would not return next season including MARRIED TO REAL ESTATE, IZZY DOES IT, THE FLIPPING EL MOUSSAS and CHRISTINA ON THE COAST.
Christina Haack, host of the latter of the shows, seemed to take the news in stride.
“Summer so far. Basically just eating and laughing,” Haack posted. “[Cancelled] looks good on me….Only kidding only kidding.”
Husband and wife team of MARRIED TO REAL ESTATE, Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson said that while they were “disheartened” by the cancellation, they were also thankful for the time on the show.
“Grateful for four incredible seasons. Grateful for our amazing crew and supportive fans,” the couple stated. “Grateful that our businesses continue to thrive. And most of all — grateful that we are still very much married to real estate (and to each other).”
Along with LOVE IT OR LIST IT, THE FLIP OFF and RENOVATION ALOHA will be returning in the 2025- 2026 season, as well as some new shows like TROPIC LIKE IT’S HOT and Ben and Erin Napier’s spinoff series, HOME TOWN: INN THIS TOGETHER.
“NEW SHOW ALERT! INN THIS TOGETHER: wherein our best friends are crazy enough to buy a long vacant cornerstone building in downtown Laurel and convert it into a boutique hotel,” Erin Napier posted on social media.
Along with the HOME TOWN, INN THIS TOGETHER will be airing in 2026.
Whether it’s HOME TOWN or LOVE IT OR LIST IT, Warner Bros. Discovery’s Chief Creative Officer of US Networks Howard Lee promised “something for everyone,” and that fans can expect “content that’s unfiltered, escapist and fun.”
