Roku just released a documentary about the Philadelphia Eagles’ 2024 Super Bowl-winning season, SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS: THE 2024 PHILADELPHIA EAGLES.
“From the first snap of training camp to the final confetti fall, SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS: THE 2024 PHILADELPHIA EAGLES is the definitive, cinematic story of a team that soared above the odds — told with the epic style only NFL Films can deliver,” a description of the documentary reads.
The documentary features a behind-the-scenes look into what it takes to win a Super Bowl. The film will follow Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts and other key players like Saquon Barkley.
“We’re thrilled to be the home for SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS: THE 2024 PHILADELPHIA EAGLES and can’t wait to give our users an exclusive look into the Philadelphia Eagles’ unforgettable season,” Joe Franzetta, head of sports for Roku Media, told The Hollywood Reporter in a press release. “Roku Sports aims to create personalized viewing experiences for fans with their favorite teams and leagues, so we’re excited to use the power of our platform to connect audiences with this tremendous NFL Films and BD4 documentary.”
“We are excited to produce the definitive story of the Philadelphia Eagles’ incredible 2024 season, which culminated with a victory in Super Bowl LIX,” Jessica Boddy, NFL Films vp of commercial operations and business affairs, added. “We thank Dan Silver and BD4 for bringing this film to a tremendous partner in the Roku Channel, and we look forward to sharing the Eagles’ championship run with their audience.”

The documentary released last Friday and is available on Roku TV.
Roku really does want to level up its sports game. It recently streamed the Savannah Bananas Banana Ball World Tour game from Fenway Park on July 6.
“There is truly no sports experience with the same action as a Savannah Bananas game,” Franzetta said of the opportunity to livestream the baseball game. “We look forward to using the power of our platform to amplify the game directly to both diehard audiences and millions of new fans about to discover something special. This is a live sports experience like you’ve never seen before.”
“We are fired up to be teaming up with Roku on one of the biggest and most exciting games of the year! We can’t wait to bring the fast-paced game of Banana Ball to new fans all over the country on Roku! And you better believe that we’ve got some surprises in store for Fenway!” Savannah Bananas owner Jesse Cole echoed.
After adding these two programs to its platform, fans can’t wait to see what Roku offers next.
