DUCK DYNASTY Star Shares Gospel with Hundreds of Incarcerated Men

By Movieguide® Contributor

Si Robertson visited San Quentin Prison to share the Gospel with 400 incarcerated men, and after hearing the good news, 200 dedicated their lives to Jesus.

“I’m gonna tell you how to live the wonderful life. I’m gonna tell you about the man. I’m gonna tell you about Jesus Christ, the Lord of lords and King of kings, baby,” Robertson told the prisoners. “There ain’t nothing He can’t do. Okay, nothing. You can’t get low enough that He can’t pick you up, clean you up and make you right.”

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The Word became flesh,” he continued. “That’s why, hey, you know who Jesus is? He’s the man. Okay, He’s the man that, hey, can raise dead men. Okay, there ain’t nothing none of you or me could do that can keep us from His love.”

“Jesus Christ loves you. He bled out for you, for crying out loud. Hey, I’ll tell you, this has gotta be personal, guys. We’re talking about the creator. You see that big red ball up there? I know the man that put it there. Okay, along with the moon and the stars. Hey, He’s the one that told the moon to tell the ocean, you can only come to right here. He’s the Lord of lords, King of kings,” Robertson added. “That’s why everybody you come in contact to, you need to tell them, ‘hey, look here. I am a child of I Am.’ Jesus said, ‘I am the way, the life and the resurrection.’”

Robertson’s preaching did not fall on deaf ears, and 200 men’s lives were changed that day. Si isn’t the only Robertson to share Jesus’ Gospel with prisoners.

Korie Robertson previously visited the same prison to share the Gospel, and Sadie Robertson Huff visited a prison in Florida to share the good news with hundreds of incarcerated women. It is amazing how this family stands out for good and uses their platform to impact thousands of lives.

The family plans to continue impacting lives through their DUCK DYNASTY reboot titled DUCK DYNASTY: THE REVIVAL.

“Going back on A&E feels a little like going back home,” said Willie and Korie Robertson in a statement. “We’re thankful for all who have followed along as our family has grown and expanded and can’t wait to get cameras rolling again on all our new adventures, or perhaps misadventures.”

“Our hope is for you to watch again together as a family and pray our show brings families back around the dinner table giving thanks to God and loving one another,” Huff said on Instagram. “Our prayer as a family is and always has been that we are bright lights for His Glory. We’re SO glad to be back! Stay Tuned!”
