Was This Actor a Government Plant in Hollywood? He Tells All

Actor Ricky Schroder has always had roles “handed” to him, but it wasn’t until he got a glimpse of what was on Hunter Biden’s laptop in 2020 that he discovered why — he was in a counterprogramming project initiated by Ronald Raegan.
“I got…my first agent when I was five and I got booked all the time,” Schroder explained last month. “…They gave me another movie when I was 7 called THE CHAMP, and I went and made that movie in California and Florida with John Voy when I was 7 years old, but there was two years before that where I was sort of really trained,” the 54-year-old actor explained. “I remember my parents told me in one year when I was 5, I had 200 jobs in one year. So…that’s a lot of training for a 5-year-old boy.”
Schroder describes his experience as being “trained” or “programmed” as he was told how to appear on camera.
“So Ronald Reagan had a program…He saw how the media was so influential over the masses, and they decided to have counterprogramming assets, and so they were developing assets. People…they would place into Hollywood, and then you know, one day they could reignite them if they needed them, I guess, or spark them, and so I was sort of a seed planted in Hollywood,” Schroder explained.
“And then in November 2020, they brought me Hunter Biden’s laptop…and so when that happened…I started getting sort of memories triggered about the program that…I was involved with and that there was other kids involved with, and it was some sort of program based around tennis at a place called St Joseph’s by-the-Sea in Staten Island, New York,” he continued. “And so you know, the program was…[this] tennis academy where they were grooming us to play tennis, but they would then take us into classrooms one at a time with headphones and do other things with us.”
Every Saturday from 9 to 12, Schroder would play tennis and listen to content through headphones while an instructor sat across from him.
“I’m not quite sure what they were programming us with, but I believe it was counterprogramming because I got to meet Reagan several times with my father. I’m not sure why,” he recalled. “So that’s hence why I believe it was his program, and so there’s more than meets the eye to this Hollywood stuff, you know. Some of it is just people out there with amazing talent that are making it. Others are placed there and built and made, and so I was one of the made assets.”
Schroder’s mother tried to give him a little information about the program before she died.
“My mother told me that there were other kids in the program,” he said. “The last word she got to speak to me… was ‘Tell Ricky that there was other kids in the program.’ …So I remember some other kids that were in this program, and so I’m not sure what the program was. I think it was…designed to place assets in Hollywood, and I was just a seed. There was many seeds.”
“I think they planted as well some of them with the conservative programming agenda, some of them with the liberal mindset, most with the liberal mindset…The CIA, they use the media to manipulate the masses.”
When Schroder saw the content on Hunter Biden’s laptop, it triggered memories of the program. His memories were confirmed by his older sister, Dawn, who was also in the program for a short time.
Schroder doesn’t remember who the other children in the program were.
“They kept us pretty separate, but I saw them coming and going,” he said.
Schroder questioned his parents, but there was little they could tell him.
“I had I started having memories about this man and in a white room, and I had headphones on, and there was a tape recorder in front of us, and it was somebody my father played tennis with, and my sister remembered his name…was John Tolvi, and he’s dead, but he was an NYPD detective for 35 years as his day job. But he was one of the men that I remember involved in the program. But my parents claim they have no idea why he would have done that. Why would he have put headphones on us in a room privately?” he said.
“So I feel like there’s some secrets that Mom and Dad just can’t talk about, and I understand that, and they’re probably scared of whoever they need to be.”
Schroder wishes that there was more clarity about the program.
“The biggest question of my life inside is what was this program and how it did it, you know, who else was involved and how did it impact me?” Schroder said.
Though there’s still much mystery around the program, Schroder knows that at least some of it was done with good intentions.
“There was also a Biblical programming. There was, you know, the forefathers, like as a child…the bedspread on my bed was George Washington crossing the river, the Revolutionary War. My room was decorated like a Revolutionary War motif,” he said. “If you go to the St Joseph’s by-the-Sea High School website today and look at their rec room, you’ll see all the founding fathers Revolutionary War art in their in their student room. It was the same stuff on my walls as a child growing up so whatever programming was they were given me was based in constitutional principles.”
“So I wasn’t being given some sort of…Marxist ideology. I was being given the founding fathers principles that made this country great and so the programming was centered around that.”
Schroder noted that most of his roles related to conservative American representation. He believes that today actors are still placed in Hollywood for political agendas.
“I don’t imagine that it ever stopped. I just imagine it got much more advanced,” Schroder said.
Movieguide® recently reported Schroder’s interview with Fox News:
“Pray. If you believe in the Lord, pray because he gives you clarity. And I guess just take care of yourself. Put yourself at the top of the list so your physical, emotional, and spiritual kind of — you’re prepared to face the world. The world can be a challenging, tough place,” Schroder explained.
Schroder has a heart to see America and the film industry reject evil ideologies and instead turn to God. To do his part, he began an organization called “Reel American Heroes Foundation,” which seeks to “inspire, raise awareness, entertain, and educate.”
“We’re hoping to get your stories,” he said. “We are hoping other people will contribute and send us stories. And we can aggregate these stories and restart reprogramming America away from the DEI programming – diversity, equity and inclusion – to the real principles and values that built this great nation.”
Schroder has been busy with his Reel American Heroes Foundation but has a few roles in upcoming productions. His last major appearance was in the Teddy Bear Award® winning movie, DOLLY PARTON’S COAT OF MANY COLORS.
