More Detail:

A ROYAL CHRISTMAS BALLET is a lovely Christmas romance on Great American Family.

Carrie is a retired ballerina working at her small-town ballet school. She brings her experience as a professional ballerina to build up the previously unpopular ballet dance program. As part of a cultural exchange program, Carrie has engaged the Prima Ballerina of Videnberg to star in a Christmas ballet. The Prima Ballerina, Medea, is infatuated with her handsome royal escort, Prince William, but he’s not interested.

Medea does her best to get rid of her competition, Carrie, both personally and professionally. She dismisses the work that Carrie has done as choreographer and replaces it with her own, ut not before Prince Willian sets his gaze on the lovely Carrie. Carrie, likewise, is immediately captured by the Prince’s charm.

Carrie and the Prince spend time together. She takes him on an errand to cut down a Christmas tree for her ballet school. Prince William is impressed by both Carrie’s Christmas spirit. Carrie challenges William to cut down his first Christmas tree. He accepts and is further entranced by Carrie’s ability to make him feel independent and free. William and Carrie share their stories of losing their fathers, and the effect it’s had on their mothers. William confides he’s been micromanaged and overprotected by his well-meaning, but controlling, mother. Their bond continues to strengthen, but Medea has hopes for a future with the Prince. How far will she go to win his heart?
