Deadline Set for Two $15,000 Screenwriting Awards Honoring
Spiritually Uplifting Screenplays by Beginning and Established Filmmakers
October 28 is the deadline to enter the Kairos Prize and Kairos Pro Prize competitions for the Most Spiritually Uplifting Screenplays by Beginning or Experienced Filmmakers. Each of the two winners will receive $15,000 in prize money.
The two Kairos Prizes are sponsored by Pure Flix Streaming, and the winning scripts will be sent to more than 100 top studio executives and producers.
The presentation of the two winners will take place Friday, Feb. 10 at the 25th Annual Faith & Values Awards Gala and Report to the Entertainment Industry, held at the Universal Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, near the heart of Hollywood, the entertainment capitol of the world.
The prizes will be awarded to the best, most inspiring screenplays that “greatly increase man’s love or understanding of God.”
