Left-Wing FULL FRONTAL WITH SAMANTHA BEE Canceled

After seven seasons, TBS canceled FULL FRONTAL WITH SAMANTHA BEE, a left-wing late-night show, citing a new program strategy and “business-based” decisions.
“‘Full Frontal With Samantha Bee,’ will not return to TBS. We are proud to have been the home to ‘Full Frontal With Samantha Bee’ and thank Sam, and the rest of the Emmy-nominated team for their groundbreaking work,” TBS stated. “We celebrate this extraordinarily talented cast and crew and look forward to exploring new opportunities to work with them in the future.”
Bee viciously attacked conservatives and former President Donald Trump in the past. However, as Movieguide® previously reported, she pulls her punches regarding the Biden administration.
“I can’t deny that that has happened, I think that’s probably true across the board,” the late-night comic said. “You’re like, ‘OK, well, we could be making jokes about the infrastructure plan,’ but in general, I’m like, ‘Wow, this is great.’ Why would I purposefully undermine something that seems to be a great idea, pretty much across the board?”
The show’s verified Twitter account addressed the cancelation, seeming to take a final shot at Trump.
“Full Frontal is leaving TBS to go spend more time with her family,” the show tweeted. “After 7 seasons, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee will not be returning to TBS this fall. We’re so thankful for our loyal audience, our amazing team, and that we got to annoy the right people every week—that there wasn’t wrestling or baseball or a very special episode of Big Bang. To our loyal fans – we love you, you’re very special. Go home, and go home in peace.”
Bee continues to gush left-wing talking points and encouraged her viewers to “raise hell” after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade in June.
“I can’t describe how painful it is to be here now, in a place where the Supreme Court has the power to erase 50 years of constitutional law. Make no mistake, this is not where it ends,” Bee said. “Conservatives will not rest until they have come for all of our rights. Everything we have fought for could be lost unless we take it back.”
While comedians like Bee continue to attack and belittle those on the opposite side of the political aisle, this method of comedy alienates viewers. Instead, comedians should return to true comedy to attract people to their shows rather than trying to score left-wing political points.

TBS’ FULL FRONTAL host Samantha Bee did not spare any expense in mocking the former President Donald Trump. However, Bee confessed that President Joseph Biden would not get the same treatment.
In discussion with politically left journalist Dan Rather on his SiriusXM program, he asked whether Bee changed her approach to comedy related to the President.
“Do you, or do you not, find yourself sometimes at least tempted to kind of pull your punches?” Rather questioned. “In other words, you, myself, and a lot of people, more or less free-swingers against President Trump. But now that Biden is in, I don’t know, do you find yourself sometimes saying, ‘Oh boy, there’s a nasty comedy bit I can unload on Biden,’ but saying to yourself, ‘I approve of him so much I’m going to pull this punch?’”
Bee, who is candid about her dislike of former President Trump and his conservative views, said that she wants to be thoughtful in how she jokes about the current President.
“I can’t deny that that has happened, I think that’s probably true across the board,” the late-night comic said. “You’re like, ‘OK, well, we could be making jokes about the infrastructure plan,’ but in general, I’m like, ‘Wow, this is great.’ Why would I purposefully undermine something that seems to be a great idea, pretty much across the board?
“I don’t need to make jokes just to make jokes,” Bee added. “I like to make really targeted jokes. There are more worthy targets right now.”
Although Bee later said that she would not “shy away” from jokes about the Biden administration, the same amount of forethought did not occur during Trump’s time in office.
However, Bee’s criticism of conservatives is similar to other late-night comedians who support the democratic party. Meanwhile, other comedians have called out the left’s adherence to cancel culture and fear that it could ruin comedy.
