In a new post from the Trinity Broadcast Network (TBN), Kathie Lee Gifford spoke on the hope that believers have in Jesus’s return.
“Every season, believers have said Jesus is coming soon, but now we’re getting stories of people all over the world receiving visitations from Jesus. And say, ‘I am coming sooner than you think. I am coming.’ And he’s only waiting so that more people can be saved,” Gifford said.
“And you know, it’s hard to watch the suffering of the world and not wonder why he doesn’t come,” she continued. And it’s hard. God doesn’t want anybody to suffer, but we do cruel and unbelievably heinous things to one another. And those of us who believe in the goodness and justice and mercy of God say, ‘My Lord, why are you waiting?’ And he’ll say, ‘because I love them too.’ And I have a plan. It may not be when you think it’s going to come, but it’s going to come. And Jesus will set his feet on that beautiful Mount of Olives right where he left off from. And all things will be made right there. And there will be no more tears, and there will be no more suffering. His promises are true.”

Gifford recently became a new grandmother to Rosie Mae.
“Beyond blessed by the birth of my first granddaughter. Rosie Mae, you are so loved. 🕊️🤍,” Gifford shared in a post on social media.
“Overjoyed to be able to spend several hours with my Tennessee babies! Growing up way too fast already… today’s is Rosie Mae’s one-month birthday!” Gifford wrote in another post.
Gifford celebrated the 10th anniversary of her husband’s death.
“The second thing that I rejoice about is that my precious husband, Frank, went home to Jesus 10 years ago today and he has been at peace and filled with joy and glory since that very day. I find comfort in that. So, I’m rejoicing in the Lord and how He cares for His loved ones, for His children,” she wrote in a post.
Although the Bible says that “no one knows” about the day or the hour when Jesus will return, there will still be signs. Gifford believes that the day or hour of Christ’s return will be soon. One of the reasons Christ has waited is because he wants more people to be saved. When he does return, there will be no more sorrow and no more suffering.
