Anne Wilson Shares ‘Sweetest Thing’ about Tour: Sharing the Gospel

Anne Wilson just wrapped her first Winter Jam Tour and is looking forward to taking a break and her next projects.
“I just wrapped my first tour of the year with @winterjamtour and it’s so so bittersweet,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “This has been my favorite tour of my career so far and I’m gonna miss these people dearly. The friendships and memories made will last a lifetime. ❤️”
“A little emotional as I’m reflecting on what a beautiful and busy season that’s coming to a pause,” the “My Jesus” singer continued.
“I started touring in September of 2021 with Big Daddy Weave and ever since then I’ve been on 9 tours. 15 months, over 220 shows, and 46 states,” Wilson reflected. “It’s been the sweetest thing to spread the gospel and the good news of Jesus everywhere.”
Wilson continued, sharing that she will be taking a break from touring for a while.
“I just can’t begin to explain how life giving and beautiful this season has been. But for the first time in 15 months, I’m taking a couple months off from touring.”
“I’m excited, expectant, and ready for all God is going to do,” she shared. “I’ve been praying for a season to recover and be restored and now the time is here. I’ll be off the grid touring wise for a bit but have so much to work on for y’all.”
“I’m so grateful for each of you and the support y’all have shown me. I can’t wait for all that’s to come this next season!!!”
“Sending all my love to each of you. I couldn’t do this without you guys,” she concluded her post.
