Dwayne Johnson Donates 700,000 Water Bottles to Healthcare Workers
By Tess Farrand, Associate Content Editor
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson partnered with VOSS to donate 700,00 water bottles to support health care workers in hospitals around the USA.
“We sent you guys a few bottles of VOSS and that is our small way of saying thank you and that is our small way of letting you know how grateful we are for all of your work as you guys continue to take care of our loved ones, our family and our friends,” Johnson said on IGTV. “I thank you guys so much from the bottom of my heart.”
VOSS water responded to Johnson’s video, “Thank you @therock for helping us hydrate our frontline heroes & sharing this message of hope and inspiration. Let’s all continue to stay safe, healthy and hydrated ❤️💧.”
Johnson and other celebrities like Tyler Perry and Steven Spielberg have been giving back during COVID-19 to support those in need.
A few months ago, Johnson encouraged fans to stay health amidst COVID-19 with a sweet video of his daughter Tia washing her hands to a fan-favorite MOANA song.
Johnson’s upcoming movie THE JUNGLE CRUISE got pushed back due to theater regulations for COVID-19. In the meantime, check out some of his other family-friendly titles below:
